What if my product arrives damaged?

We recommend checking your package as soon as it’s delivered. If you see any signs of damage—whether to the product or even just the box—be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork before signing. If you can’t inspect the contents during delivery but suspect an issue, write “suspect damage” on the receipt.

Should your order arrive damaged, simply send clear photos to support@creatorsequipment.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away, typically within one business day.
